Beef And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped (1 c.)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. leaf oregano, crumbled
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes with juice, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas
    1 can golden mushroom soup
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano in a large skillet.
    Cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender.
    Drain off fat.
    Add tomatoes, corn, peas and soup.
    Mix well.
    Bring to boiling. Cover and lower the heat.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve with mashed potatoes.
