Easy Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick mix
1/4 c. poppy seed (optional)
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding

Preparation

Mix together all of the ingredients and pour into greased muffin tins.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
