Tiny Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/8 tsp. each: allspice and cloves
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Form into 1-inch balls and place 8-inch circle on 7-inch paper plate.
    Cover meat balls with plastic wrap.
    Cook in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.
    If frozen, cooking time will be 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove plastic wrap and serve with toothpicks.
    Makes 40 small meat balls.
