Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    4 lb. spareribs
Preparation
    Cut ribs into serving portions.
    Use chicken fryer; fit ribs in fryer and cover.
    Place on medium heat until cover is hot to touch.
    Reduce heat to low and cook 30 minutes.
    Pour off excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
    Turn ribs over and pour sauce over them.
    Cover and continue to cook on low for 1 hour.
