Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chickens
    1 large can mushroom soup
    1 large can chicken soup
    2 large onions
    1/2 Tbsp. sage
    2 cans green peas
    1/2 stick margarine
    cornflakes, potato chips or Stove Top dressing
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Pull off bone.
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Combine all other ingredients and add to chicken and onions in oblong dish.
    Add enough broth (where chicken was cooked) to make mixture about like thick gravy.
    Put crushed cornflakes, potato chips or Stove Top dressing on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 to 1 hour (until bubbly).
    Mixture will thicken when it cools.
