Grilled Salmon With Raspberry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) salmon
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. Lawry's garlic salt
    3 to 4 shakes Tabasco
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Split salmon lengthwise down backbone and fillet out.
    Remove backbone and place on heavy-duty foil.
    Melt butter and stir in remaining ingredients.
    Grill salmon on barbecue, basting with sauce until done.
    Serves 6.
