Festive Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced pimento
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese or Port wine cheese (Wis-Pride spread)
    chopped walnuts, pecans or parsley (to roll ball in)
Preparation
    Let the 2 cheeses get very soft at room temperature.
    When soft enough to blend together, mix in the onion, pepper and pimento.
    Chill in fridge until cheese can be handled to form a ball (30 minutes).
    When formed, then roll in chopped walnuts, pecans or parsley.
    Quarter an olive for the top.
    Keep in fridge until used.
    Serve with crackers.
