Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients onto a piece of waxed paper.
    In medium bowl, combine onion, corn and beaten eggs.
    Blend in melted butter, milk and sifted dry ingredients.
    Fry on each side until golden brown.
    Serve with ham or fried chicken.
