Fizzy Fruit Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. orange juice frozen concentrate, thawed
    1 medium banana, pureed
    1 Tbsp. honey
    2 (12 oz.) can lemon-lime soda, chilled
Preparation
    In a 2-quart pitcher, combine pineapple juice, water, orange juice concentrate, banana and honey; mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Cover and freeze several hours or until firm.
    To serve, thaw juice mixture at room temperature about 30 minutes or until able to scrape surface of mixture to form a slush.
    For each serving, place 1/3 cup of the slush in a glass and add 1/4 cup of soda.
    Makes 12 servings.
