Blackened And Stuffed Mahi Mahi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    mahi mahi fillets, sliced 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick
    cornbread stuffing with chopped seafood (crab or scallops)
    cheese (Velveeta or cream cheese with garlic, chives, parsley and oregano)
    1/2 stick butter or buttery spray
    Emeril's or Paul Prudhomme's blackening seasoning or use your own
Preparation
