Goat Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. goat cheese (without ash)
    1/2 c. Pesto
    bread crumbs with 1 Tbsp. dry thyme
    Italian dressing
    French bread
    Calamata olives
    sun-dried tomatoes in oil
    watercress or lettuce
    diced onions (optional)
Preparation
    Slice goat cheese to 1/2-inch thick.
    Marinate goat cheese in pesto for 2 to 3 hours.
    Remove cheese from marinade and dip in bread crumb and thyme mixture.
    Bake goat cheese for 4 minutes in a 425\u00b0 oven; do not overcook.
    Toast French bread slices.
    Mix watercress or lettuce with Italian dressing.
    Arrange on a large platter or individual plates.
    Place goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and Calamata olives on platter or plates.
    Take a slice of French bread; spread with goat cheese.
    Add tomato, a little lettuce and onion.
