Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 strips bacon, crisply fried and crumbled
    6 large potatoes, cooked in jackets, chilled and sliced in long slices on grater
    1 c. milk
    2 c. sour cream
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. green onions
    1/4 lb. butter
Preparation
    Place potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole; set aside.
    Melt butter in saucepan; add cheese.
    Blend in milk and sour cream. Add onions and bacon.
    Pour mixture over potatoes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
