Stew Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1 can French onion soup
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cut beef into small pieces. Cook in enough water to make 2 cups of broth. Melt margarine; pour into 9 x 13-inch dish. Add soup, broth and rice. Place cooked beef on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
