Cheesy Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. cottage cheese, drained
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place corn in bottom of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Mix eggs and cottage cheese and pour over corn. Mix flour in beef and cook for 1 minute. Add tomato sauce, garlic and cinnamon to meat layer on top. Top with cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until heated through.
