Easy Summer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. assorted fresh vegetables (such as sliced carrots, zucchini, celery, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, radishes, cucumbers, cauliflower, broccoli flowerets or chopped tomatoes)
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
dash of pepper
Preparation

Step 1:
If desired, precook carrots, cauliflower and onions for 1 minute in boiling water.
Drain.
