Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 eggs
2 c. vegetable shortening
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple and juice
3 c. plain flour
dash of salt
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar; add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Add flour and salt gradually.
Stir in vanilla and crushed pineapple.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0.
Spread glaze over warm cake.
