Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries (fresh)
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
red food coloring
6 tsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O

Preparation

Mix water, sugar, food coloring and cornstarch together and cook until thick and clear.
Add 4 tablespoons of Jell-O (dry) and cool.
Mix with strawberries and put into pie shell.
Refrigerate and top with whipped cream when ready to serve.
