Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh herbs, chopped (parsley, chives, etc.)
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Peel potatoes.
    Cut into thin slices, not all the way through. Place in dish that is microwave-safe.
    Sprinkle with melted butter and herbs. Microwave on High for 10 minutes.
    Rearrange potatoes after 5 minutes.
    Let rest 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheeses and microwave 4 to 6 minutes at High until cheeses are melted and potatoes are soft.
    Serve.
