Super Duper Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large potatoes, boiled with skins on
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 c. evaporated milk (2 large 13 oz. cans)
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 lb. grated yellow cheese
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes with skins on; let sit for 48 hours in refrigerator.
    Shred the potatoes.
    Add grated cheese in layers. Pour melted oleo, salt and evaporated milk over all.
    Save a little cheese for the top.
    Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, uncovered, in a greased glass 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish at 350\u00b0.
