Mom'S Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 heaping tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder (slightly heaping)
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 bar margarine or butter
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream, buttermilk or plain yogurt
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Add all dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Blend in margarine with pastry blender.
    Add egg, milk, sour cream and raisins and knead with hands.
    Form a ball.
    Place in dry layer cake pan and flatten slightly.
    Bake for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
