Cherry Square - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling or any fruit
Preparation
    Cream sugar, salt and margarine.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Add flour and vanilla.
    Spread 1/2 of batter on greased cookie sheet and top with 1/2 the fruit.
    Spread rest of batter and then rest of fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Very good!
