Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sourdough starter
2 c. flour
1 c. water
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 c. condensed milk or 1 c. dry milk and 1 c. water
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix together flour, water and starter.
Cover and let stand overnight in a warm place.
In the morning take out 1/2 to 1 cup and put back with your jar of starter.
Add remaining ingredients and let set 15 minutes to start rising again.
Pour on hot greased griddle.
