Honey Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. oleo, melted
1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
Preparation

Cook carrots; drain.
Reserve 1/4 cup carrot liquid.
Combine liquid, honey, oleo and brown sugar.
Stir well and pour over carrots.
Cook over low heat.
Serves 6.
