Hallelujah Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 fresh squash (4 will do) or 2 pt. frozen squash
    1 small onion
    2 eggs
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 stick margarine
    1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion until tender.
    Drain and mash. Add slightly beaten eggs, soup, margarine and 1/2 to 3/4 crushed crackers.
    Mix well.
    Sprinkle remaining crackers mixed with a little butter on top.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
