Corned Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 corned beef brisket
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Simmer corned beef 1 hour per pound.
    Drain water and top with mustard and brown sugar (mixed together).
    Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Slice and serve.
    Can be served with cabbage!
