Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Eagle Brand milk
    2 c. boiling water
    dash of salt
    nutmeg to taste
    1 cooked pie shell
Preparation
    Pour into uncooked pie shell.
    Cook at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 300\u00b0.
    Cook until done, about 20 more minutes. Let cool.
    Serve slightly warm or cold.
