Savory Rice Blend - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked mixed wild and brown rice
    1 small onion, chopped (about 1/4 c.)
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth (1 Tbsp. chicken style season to 8 oz. water)
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. tamari or soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 medium stalk celery, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    3 Tbsp. soy margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground sage
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook and stir wild and brown rice, celery and onion in margarine until onion is tender.
    Pour into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Heat broth to boiling; pour over rice mixture.
    Stir in parsley, salt, tamari, sage and basil.
    Cook and bake 45 minutes.
