German Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick), pounded lightly
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. grated onion (I used onion powder)
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper (freshly ground is better)
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs (make them in the blender out of stale bread, stale French bread is the best)
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    McCormick has a blend of parsley and garlic powder called \"Persillade\" which ought to be good to use instead of parsley.
