Colorado Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
    2 tablespoons wine vinegar
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1/2 cup seedless grapes
    2 teaspoons minced onion
    1 1/4 cup chopped celery
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder
    1 teaspoon minced candied ginger
    6 slices canned pineapple
Preparation
    Mix first six ingredients together.
    Mix mayo with remaining ingredients (except pineapple).
    Toss with chicken mixture, chill and serve over pineapple arranged over lettuce leaves.
