Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick margarine
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    5 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel and dice potatoes;
    cover\twith
    water.
    Add onion and cook until tender.\tAdd
    margarine and cheese and let them melt. Add parsley and milk; let
    simmer
    for
    a while; do not boil.
