Roman Holiday - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 box macaroni and cheese dinner, prepared to pkg. direction
    1 can tomatoes
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, drain.
    Lightly saute pepper, onion and celery in skillet with ground beef.
    Add to this prepared macaroni and cheese and tomatoes.
    Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with grated or sliced Cheddar cheese. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until thickened.
