Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can creamed corn
1 can pinto beans (with juice)
1 bag corn chips
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown ground beef and drain.
Mix taco seasoning, corn and beans into beef.
Crumble chips in bottom of long casserole dish (any amount you like).
Pour meat mixture over chips and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over top and heat until cheese melts.
Serve with sour cream and mild or hot taco sauce. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
