Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 to 4 medium potatoes
2 large onions
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Cook ground beef in skillet until lightly brown.
In a casserole dish, put layer of ground beef, layer of thinly sliced potatoes and layer of onions.
Continue layer of each until all ground beef, potatoes and onions are used.
Top this with the kidney beans and tomato soup.
Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Serve with a salad and hot rolls for a delicious meal.
