*Yasuko'S Chicken In Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces cut up chicken
    1/4 to 1/2 c. white Port wine or cooking wine
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and white pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
    parsley flakes
    2 to 4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Rub each piece of chicken with about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon sugar. Arrange chicken pieces in glass baking dish.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour wine over chicken.
    (You can adjust amount of wine according to your taste and what you are serving chicken with, to use the juices.)
