Fondue Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 oz. mushrooms, chopped fine
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cook tomato sauce to boil; reduce to simmer.
    Toss cheese and flour together and add to sauce when cheese melts.
    Gradually add milk and seasoning.
    Simmer and stir until smooth!
    Cube bread or bread sticks to dip.
