Quick And Easy Tex-Mex Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium onion, diced
    salt and black pepper to taste
    1 can Ranch Style beans
    1 can drained whole kernel corn
    1/4 c. picante sauce
    1 c. diced tomatoes
    1 pkg. cornbread mix
Preparation
    Place ground chuck, onion, salt and pepper in a large frying pan.
    Brown mixture.
    When done, add beans, corn, picante sauce and tomatoes; simmer 15 minutes.
