Chicken Fajitas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast halves, boned and skinned
juice from 1 lime
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
salt, pepper and chili powder to taste
flour tortillas
guacamole
salsa
Preparation

Place chicken breasts in glass dish.
Combine juices, oil and garlic.
Pour over chicken.
Turn to coat all sides.
Marinate 30 minutes or more.
Remove chicken from marinade and season with salt, pepper and chili powder.
Place chicken on greased broiler rack in a foil lined broiler pan so top of chicken is 5 to 7-inches from heat.
Brush marinade every 10 to 15 minutes and turn chicken as it browns.
Broil until done, 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
