Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    additional fine crumbs
Preparation
    Flake salmon (do not drain).
    Combine all ingredients except margarine and additional crumbs with fork until blended.
    Shape into nine 1-inch patties, 1/4 cup each.
    Flatten slightly.
    Dip in additional crumbs and fry slowly in margarine.
    Good with creamed peas spoon over.
