Chicken Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    3/4 uncooked long grain rice
    1 can chicken broth
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 box frozen sliced okra
Preparation
    Dice chicken and roll in flour and spices and brown in oil. Add onion and bell pepper and continue to cook 5 minutes. Simmer 20 minutes until rice is tender. Add okra and cook until okra is done, approximately 10 minutes.
