Sausage Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 slices bread, cubed
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.
Add bread; stir. Add cheese and sausage.
Pour into an 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Cut and serve.
