Fillet Elegante - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen fish fillets
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Thaw fillets (sole, orange roughy, haddock or halibut), enough to separate.
    Arrange in buttered 9-inch pie plate.
    Dash with pepper.
    Dot with butter.
    Spread soup over fillets; sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) for 25 minutes.
