Oven Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    nutmeg (optional)
    vanilla (optional)
    1/2 to 1/4 Tbsp. oleo or butter melted in 8-inch Teflon pan
Preparation
    Combine flour, eggs and dash of salt.
    Pour in skillet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 in oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve with powdered sugar, syrup or lemon juice.
    Makes 2 servings.
