Tina'S Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 egg
Preparation
-
Combine first 5 ingredients; stir in remaining ingredients just until smooth.
Bake at 450\u00b0 in greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Toothpick test about 20 to 25 minutes to see if toothpick comes out clean.
