Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    Slightly cook and drain spinach.
    Mix cream cheese into spinach, along with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Put in buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Cover top completely with sour cream and paprika.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
