Reuben Casserole(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 slices rye bread, cubed
    1 can corned beef
    1 (1 lb.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 onion, diced
    6 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    In an 8 x 12-inch casserole dish, layer the ingredients in order given.
    Drizzle the cubed bread with 3/4 cup melted butter. I reserved a little of the butter to drizzle over the top of everything, but very little. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
