Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, separated
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1 large can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix altogether, folding in beaten egg whites last.
    Pour in two 9-inch pie crusts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
