Mommy Perk'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned pumpkin
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
pinch of salt
1 can Carnation milk (large)
1 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour and salt.
Add can of milk and 1 cup milk; mix well.
Beat eggs well and add to mixture.
Then add pumpkin. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens.
Cool and pour into 2 baked pie shells.
Serve with whipped cream with crushed peanut brittle sprinkled on top (or nuts).
