Vermont Apple Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. peeled, sliced apples
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Beat eggs with fork.
    Add flour and milk.
    Beat again with fork, leaving batter slightly lumpy.
    In a heavy skillet, melt margarine until bubbly.
    Pour batter into sizzling margarine.
    Put in oven.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon.
    Cook slowly in saucepan until tender.
    Slide baked pancake onto serving plate.
    Place apples on half and fold top over apples.
