Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, cut diagonally
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Boil carrots 5 minutes in salt water; drain.
    Cook sugar, vinegar, oil and soup until sugar is dissolved.
    Pour over sliced pepper, onion and carrots.
    Marinate overnight.
    (Will keep for days in refrigerator.)
