Pineapple Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Scald milk and cool.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple. Freeze according to ice cream churn directions.
    Yields 2 quarts.
